Linsco are currently looking for a Technical Administrator / Scheduler to start work for a reputable house building client of ours at their head office in Leicestershire.
You'll play a vital role in supporting the team by handling a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth running of their operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a dynamic team while developing skills in areas such as building control monitoring and client liaison.
Teams calls will be carried out for this role, we are looking to get someone in as soon as possible. Potential temp to perm role with the chance to progress within the business.
Hours: Part-Time (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 30-minute break - 30 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
Inputting and managing data with accuracy.
Scheduling and diarising tasks for the team.
Taking minutes, managing agendas, and tracking actions from meetings.
Processing and submitting documents, including legal paperwork.
Organising and maintaining electronic filing systems.
Managing small projects and contributing to team initiatives.
Monitoring building control reports and client meeting actions.Essential Skills & Attributes:
