Responsibilities:
* Project planning and execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, milestones, and resources. Lead projects from conception through to completion, ensuring alignment with our customer-centric technology goals.
* Stakeholder engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, managing communication and ensuring stakeholders are aligned and informed of project progress and outcomes.
* Risk and compliance Management: Identify potential project risks and devise mitigation strategies. Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory standards and internal guidelines, particularly in marketing and technology deployments.
* Resource management: Allocate resources efficiently and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors to meet project objectives.
* Performance evaluation: Monitor and report on project performance against expected outcomes, using data to drive decisions and project adjustments.
* Innovation and improvement: Harness insights from project outcomes to drive continuous improvement in processes and solutions, ensuring they remain aligned with SCHMACK’s manifesto and customer engagement strategies.
