I am looking for a Repairs Team Leader to join a Social Housing organisation in East Warwickshire. The Repairs Team Leader will be responsible for a team of Trades operatives and surveyors carrying out repairs. This is a 3 month contract.
Repairs Team Leader duties:
1. Manage the day to day delivery functions of the repairs service, ensuring works are completed in a timely manner, capturing costs and optimising incomes.
2. Oversee a team of 5 trades operatives and 5 Surveyors.
3. Responsibility for responding to complaints and enquiries from customers.
4. Carry out Post inspections.
5. Sign off on Major repairs works.
What is required for the role:
1. Previous experience as a line manager, overseeing trades staff in a construction setting.
2. Experience working within social housing repairs.
3. Awareness of Health and Safety legislations.
