Account Manager
G-Force Communications Ltd is a business communications specialist providing a range of products and services designed to save our customers time and money. Established in 2005, we have built up a nationwide customer base and are looking for an Account Manager to join our team and help grow the business.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing first-line customer support and maintaining a pro-active contact relationship with an established customer base to develop further sales opportunities and account development.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Scheduling pro-active calls to the customer base to review the account, advise of new features, provide training, and promote our associated products and services.
2. Post Sales Processing, including processing contracts and configuring devices.
3. Handling customer service queries on your accounts.
4. Generating sales opportunities with prospective customers and converting to appointments.
5. Self-generating new leads.
6. Following up on quotes and qualifying sales leads.
7. Data profiling and updating records.
8. Monitoring pipeline.
Requirements
Essential:
1. Previous experience working in a B2B outbound role.
2. Passionate with excellent rapport skills.
3. Good organisational and planning skills.
4. Self-motivated with the drive to be successful.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Both a professional telephone manner and comfortable being on the phone/conducting webinars for most of the day.
Desirable:
1. Account Manager or outbound sales experience within a business-to-business setting.
2. Experience building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.
Although product knowledge and experience are desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided; however, the ability to absorb information quickly is imperative.
Full Time - Monday to Thursday between 9:00 - 17:30; Friday between 9:00 - 16:30.
Salary is £25,000 with uncapped commission. 20 days holiday rising to 25 plus Bank Holidays.
