Bids and Marketing Administrator

An exciting opportunity has come up with a leading law firm. They are looking for a Bids and Marketing Administrator to join them in their Newcastle City Centre office.
Role
As the Bids and Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support. Which includes supporting with the production and delivery of tender responses, formatting of bids and pitches, the collation and reporting of marketing data, and supporting other activities across the marketing team. You will be required to work closely with other teams and departments.
Responsibilities
* Setting up meetings with multiple contributors
* Producing meeting agendas and actions notes
* Collating and editing multiple inputs to produce finalised tender responses
* Submitting tenders as required
* Managing timelines for tender responses
* Liaising with fee earners, providing important tender updates
* Carrying out client management reporting
* Updating CRM and BD+ with tender information
* Monitoring tender portals for suitable submissions
* Sharing feedback across the teams
* Updating a number of systems with key tender information for reporting purposes
* Maintaining and updating our bid library
* Formatting bid and pitch documents
* Pull together content and layout pitches and other bespoke marketing materials such as pitch documents, team sheets, training menus etc.
* Provide general administrative and assistant support as required to the wider Marketing team as and when required.
* Set up meetings and arrange travel in support of the wider team.
Requirements
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good communication skills, in particular in written form
* Considerable organisational skills, able to balance a wide range of priorities
* IT literate, and confident in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel,
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Desire to learn and develop
* Some experience working within a busy marketing department would be advantageous but not essential
