PrimaryResponsibilitiesInclude:
* Managinga caseload of residential property matters from inception throughto conclusion; including sales & purchase remortgagetransfers of equity right to buy shared ownership schemes and leaseextensions.
* To process cases on atimely and costeffectivebasis.
* Liaising directly withclients estate agents andlenders.
* Developing professionalrelationships both with clients and with other potential sources ofwork.
* Generating a fee income inline with agreed targets.
* To manageown work allocation productivity and quality of work with minimumsupervision.
Aboutthe Person:
To be a successfulcandidate for this role you must also have the following attributesskills andexperience:
* Holda relevant qualification (i.e. solicitor CILEx CLC) or haveexperience of managing your owncaseload.
* Recent practicalexperience of working in the legalprofession.
* Proven track record inConveyancing client case management and feeearning.
* Be organised and processdriven.
* Be commercially astuteunderstanding the importance of business targets and their impactto the practice.
* Have a commitmentto providing an excellent standard of clientcare.
* Be IT literate with experienceof using a webbased case managementsystem.
* Recent experience ofhandling client enquiries both face to face and bytelephone.
