Purpose of the Role:
Our goal is to balance inventory and service levels effectively by ensuring accurate forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate key information to colleagues through internal channels, such as social media platforms.
* Analyze customer requirements and provide advice and solutions to meet their expectations.
* Monitor and verify accurate invoicing to ensure revenue accuracy.
* Liaise regularly with suppliers and brands to discuss requirements and collaborative forecasts.
* Interpret data to inform decisions that stabilize stock supply.
* Forecast customer demand and translate it into actionable insights for the business, warehouse operations, finance, and key clients.
* Work with brands to minimize excess stock and improve inbound service levels.
* Maintain pricing integrity for existing and new products.
Requirements:
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
* Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
* Previous experience working within a supply chain team.
