We are working with the Culinary Team at a renowned pub in Lapworth ahead of a business reset and 2025 growth period.
This chef de partie position is focused around the service of their a la carte menu. The successful candidate will be competent on mise-en-place and management of a section under the direction of the Head Chef and Sous.
The food is produced fresh on site daily. priding themselves on quality and outstanding hospitality there is a great opportunity for career progression, within the company as their portfolio holds multiple similar and local establishments.
Staff will be expected to work 48 hours + 2.5 days off / week. However, Work life balance is important, aiming to provide this, the team publish rotas 2-3 weeks in advance.
Expected:
2 years minimum experience at Commie or CDP.
Willingness to grow and develop culinary organizational skills.
Proficiency in the English language.
Food Hygiene and Allergen training up to date with the FSA current guidelines.
Preferred:
NVQ level 2 Diploma training in the culinary field (or higher)
