As our Care Home Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to create a lasting impact, fostering a warm, supportive environment while driving excellence in all aspects of care. You’ll lead a team of 38 dedicated professionals, including a Clinical Lead and Senior Carers, working together to ensure every resident feels valued, cared for, and supported.

Your Role at a Glance:
* Resident Care Excellence: Oversee admissions, craft personalized care plans, and ensure every resident’s physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
* Inspiring Leadership: Motivate, manage, and mentor your team to foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
* Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless operations, from managing staffing levels and home maintenance to liaising with suppliers and ensuring inventory is fully stocked.
* Compliance Champion: Maintain impeccable standards, ensuring the home meets all regulatory and statutory requirements while keeping residents safe and happy.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, acting as the face of the home.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven Leadership: Experience managing care or nursing home operations with a track record of success.
* Empathy & Professionalism: A compassionate, hands-on approach to care and management, handling sensitive situations with grace and tact.
* Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of care planning, regulatory standards, and compliance.
* Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with diverse groups, from staff and residents to families and external stakeholders.
