We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Quality Control Administrator to join our Inspection Services team in Middlesborough / Teeside.
This role offers a salary between £30,000-£35,000 plus benefits which can be found below.

Position
The role involves managing and organising NDT documentation, including test reports, certificates, and inspection records, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include preparing and issuing NDT reports, coordinating inspections, tracking job progress, and maintaining data traceability.
* Maintain and organise NDT documentation, including test reports, certificates, and inspection records.
* Prepare and issue NDT reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards (ASNT, ISO, ASTM, etc.).
* Assist NDT technicians and engineers in scheduling inspections, coordinating equipment, and tracking job progress.
* Manage data entry and filing systems to ensure traceability of inspection results and compliance records.
* Support in reviewing and verifying NDT test results before submission to clients or regulatory bodies.
Requirements
* HNC or equivalent qualification, with a basic understanding of engineering, fabrication, and non-destructive testing (preferred).
* Experience in an administrative or technical support role within NDT, Quality Assurance, or Inspection, with knowledge of NDT reporting software or databases.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Inspection Database Management Systems.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills, able to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams while handling confidential data professionally.
* Understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols, with a commitment to company quality management systems and industry best practices.
