We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Business Planning and Analysis to join our Corporate Trust Operations team. This role is located in Manchester, hybrid working.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
* Conduct analyses and reporting in support of location migrations across the EMEA region, special projects/initiatives, and/or planning activities.
* Maintain project governance documents ensuring they are fit for purpose and completed for all projects/initiatives.
* Independently apply processes and precedents to gather, organize, and review operational data/metrics.
* Analyze and synthesize the data and compile it into reports or presentations.
* Communicate effectively with management and business staff.
* Develop and deliver both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses, and/or presentations.
* Stay abreast of organization and function operations and be familiar with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc.
* Participate on project teams, providing analytical expertise in support of project objectives. No direct reports.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that work is migrated in line with local requirements (for example Risk, Legal, Compliance).
* Coordinate with internal business partners (for example local management, recruitment, training teams) and track project activities through to completion.
* May provide guidance to less experienced staff.
* Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
* Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
* 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
