Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work on our Yorkshire Water WSP contract in Bradford.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be part of our Customer Team who are responsible for managing customer cases in relation to reported water supply problems. You will ensure issues are fully resolved using your negotiation and influencing skills to deliver results which exceed our customers’ expectations, as quickly as possible. You will be part of a dynamic, structured and highly professional team.
Morrison Water Services (MWS) is the largest part of the Water division (which also includes IWJS, IDS and PMP). MWS is the provider of essential infrastructure services through long-term framework agreements to the water (Clean and Waste) sector across the UK & Ireland. Our workforce operates 24/7, in local communities to keep the taps running and toilets flushed.
As the Customer Service Advisor your duties & responsibilities will be:
1. Update customers on issues they have reported
2. Communicate with customers using a variety of methods including calls and emails
3. Liaise with other departments within the business to get resolutions for customers
4. Utilise all systems to ensure that accurate information is available to communicate with customers
5. Liaise with operational staff to ensure site visits and remedial works are completed to resolve complaints
6. Understand both MUS and YW processes to get the best resolution for the customer as swiftly and effectively as you can
7. Interact with colleagues to build relationships and promote teamwork
