Job summary We are seeking a dedicated Endoscopy Decontamination Senior Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our decontamination unit. You will work closely with the Endoscopy Decontamination Manager to ensure the safe, effective, and regulatory-compliant reprocessing of flexible endoscopes. Youll manage a team of technicians, uphold quality standards (ISO 13485:2016), and provide critical leadership in maintaining equipment and service delivery. Act as the Deputy Designated User, ensuring equipment maintenance and compliance. Lead and develop the decontamination team, overseeing training, performance, and development. Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems (ISO 13485). Support the Endoscopy Decontamination Manager with audits, governance, and operational improvements.
