Broadscope Studios is an industry-leading photographic equipment and studio hire company based in Glasgow. We provide high-end professional photography equipment for hire to the commercial, advertising, film, and creative industries working in Scotland. We also offer top-tier photography studios for hire in Glasgow. Our full-service solutions support clients locally and worldwide, providing premium photography equipment and facilities across the industry.
The role involves varied responsibilities and offers the right candidate the chance to grow and develop while gaining in-depth industry knowledge.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the day-to-day operations of our photography studios and equipment warehouse.
2. Ensuring our rental equipment is in top condition and ready for client use.
3. Assisting in preparing the space for photo shoots, maintaining cleanliness, and performing general maintenance.
4. Providing a warm and professional welcome to clients.
5. Preparing equipment for hire, checking in returned items, and delivering equipment to locations across Scotland.
6. Overseeing the preparation, maintenance, and quality control of lighting equipment.
7. Handling administrative tasks such as preparing and sending quotes for studio and equipment hire, communicating with clients via email and phone, and updating rental software and the company website.
8. Contributing to business growth by creating content for social media and marketing materials while identifying new market opportunities and areas for development.
This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to lift and move heavy items. A full driving licence and comfort with driving a van are essential.

Hours:
34 hours per week over four days.
Salary:
£22,984 - £26,520 per annum, depending on experience.
Holiday:
22.4 days of annual leave.
