This role will suit someone that has previous experience in a similar role, or someone wanting to kick-start their career in finance! Offering £25,000, hybrid working + fantastic benefits.
Key responsibilities:
* Upload bank transactions onto the finance system
* Reconcile bank account daily
* Ensure all sale invoices are raised accurately
* Ensure debtors are settled within agreed payment terms
* Assist with credit control duties
* Set up supplier accounts
* Raise purchase orders and ensure all purchase invoices are processed accurately and timely
* Process cash expenses
* Process and reconcile credit card expenses
What they're looking for:
* Previous office management skills
* Highly numerate
* Excellent communication skills
* Good IT skills including Excel
* Positive 'can do' attitude
