The venue Office Manager (HR Generalist) supports all things administrative, payroll, onboarding, and day-to-day operating processes. They will work hand in hand with the venue management team to ensure compliance, create and implement efficient systems. The Office Manager/HR Generalist will also oversee an Administrative Assistant. The Office Manager/HR Generalist leads from the front on all cultural, diversity and community initiatives within the venue ensuring delivery against the annual culture calendar and ensuring they bring the Fun Caring and energy to everything that they do for the venues. · Partner with People Team, Legal, Finance and Operations to oversee compliance processes in venue (Right to Work, Visa Compliance, Working Time Regulation, Minors, Finance processes and Auditing etc). · Playmaker Relations processes and investigations to create a safe and compliant work environment. Maintain accurate Playmaker records within HRIS on active / leave/ term designations and reporting relationships. Oversee talent acquisition processes in venue [posting / closing hourly position, candidate communications, hiring events, onboarding checks. · Partner with Payroll to oversee payroll processes [reviewing accuracy of hours and pay elements, approve payroll previews etc.] to ensure venue Playmakers are following accurate procedures and reciting accurate pay. · Partner with Accounting and Treasury to oversee venue accounting. Management of requests from external audit and finance requirements in partnership with Finance. · Manage all aspects of the office - office maintenance, mail, equipment, ordering supplies and uniforms.
