We are looking for an experienced dynamic Registered Manager to manage 2 services in the Dover area :
St Michaels provides specialist support for 5 adult with Intellectual Disabilities who may also have Autistic Spectrum Conditions. The individuals may at times present with severely challenging behaviours. You will also be responsible for another 2 bed residential service which is 1.8 miles from St Michaels and this site provides support to 2 males who are Autistic and /or have Learning Disabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. The role of a CQC Registered Manager at Priory is varied, and will ensure you are responsible for all areas of the home including budgets, quality, compliance and ensuring that the people we support have the best care & support possible.
