We are currently recruiting for a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor for our client in Walsall. The client is looking for an individual who is an excellent communicator and can deliver exceptional customer service.
PLEASE ONLY APPLY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU ARE ABLE TO SPEAK FLUENT FRENCH AS YOU WILL BE DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS IN FRANCE DAILY.
Main duties:
* Answering customer calls and emails, promptly and professionally
* Updating customers regarding their orders
* Ensuring data is entered accurately
* Maintaining a high level of organisation and accuracy in administrative tasks
* Achieving any objectives set and supporting colleagues
The ideal candidate:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Previous experience in Administration and Customer Service
* Fluent in French
* Excellent communication and and interpersonal skills
* Works well under pressure
* Proactive approach to their work
* Good IT skills
This is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday.
