Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Adults’ Community Team
Location: Knowsley
Rate: £31.15 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for experienced and qualified Adult Social Workers to join a busy Community Team based in Knowsley.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will manage and monitor an allocated workload within individual and group priorities, adhering to Council policies and statutory obligations. Assess the need for social work services, identify risks and the need for protection, determine intervention methods, and advise on appropriate social services and resources. Liaise and negotiate with other professionals, statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure the best possible service for clients. Maintain appropriate records of work undertaken and carry out required administrative procedures. Prepare for and attend supervision sessions and staff meetings, and make use of all available training and development opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:
You must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK driving licence, and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
