About You Strong knowledge of administrative and office systems, with experience in using complex manual and computerised systems. Proficient in computing skills, including word processing, databases, and spreadsheets. Experience with ESFA Funding for 16-19 provision and conducting audit activities. Hold a Business Administration Qualification Level 2 or above or equivalent and Level 2 qualifications in English, Mathematics, and ICT. Excellent attention to detail, able to work systematically, and maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and financial processes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of dealing with a wide range of people and handling difficult situations effectively. About the Role As an Education Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Central YMCA’s education provision. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data within our Management Information System (MIS), supporting financial administration, and ensuring compliance with funding and awarding body requirements. We have two positions open for our Centres in Doncaster. Key responsibilities for this role are: Perform regular compliance checks, flag issues promptly, and assist with audit activities to maintain full compliance and minimise funding risks. Provide financial administration support, including managing transactions, raising purchase orders, and ensuring accurate bursary payments. Maintain and complete Awarding Body administration tasks, ensuring timely registration, testing, and learner certification. Offer general administrative support, managing workload priorities, handling communication, and maintaining robust documentation and records. Work closely with the MIS Administration Team and other internal stakeholders to support the smooth operation of the education provision. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and compliance of administration processes.
