I am looking for a Temporary Administrator to work in a busy commercial business based in Gosport. This is a 3 month temporary position.
Hours are negotiable and could be arranged to fit in around school drop-off and pick-up time
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update databases for vessel defects and servicing for our ongoing support contract.
* ???????Raise contracts and issue purchase orders to suppliers and contractors.
* Answering incoming calls
* Data Entry
* General administrative duties.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
* Strong organisation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office packages including Excel
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
