Our client is a dynamic and innovative communications agency, specialising in delivering top-notch experiences both nationally and internationally. We are supporting them with their search for a talented and motivated Exhibitions Project Manager to join their growing team.

Job Title: Exhibition Project Manager
Location: Manchester Area (Hybrid)
Company: Independent Growing Exhibition Design Agency
Salary: Up to 35k (DOE)
Responsibilities:
* Manage the planning and execution of large-scale exhibitions from start to finish
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and logistics
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
* Develop and manage project budgets and timelines
* Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring smooth running and problem resolution
* Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure best value for the client
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in an agency environment
* Proven track record of delivering successful, complex events with excellent project management skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
* Knowledge of event production, including audio-visual, lighting, and rigging
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and producing innovative and memorable events
