Due to the nature of this sector, this role is fully office-based.
Job Description
The HR Manager will work closely with the MD and leadership team to take responsibility for the full people life-cycle alongside supporting the development and embedding of the HR strategy. This will include but is not limited to:
* Full management of the HR function and a small team
* Coach and up-skill line managers to deal with people matters
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the company’s objectives
* Manage the recruitment and selection process (Experienced hires and early careers)
* Continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures
* Take overall responsibility for the T&A and payroll systems
* Take responsibility and continuously review the reward and benefits package
* Maintain all HR records, data, and reports
* Provide high-quality advice and guidance on all HR matters to a range of stakeholders
* Work with department heads to assess training needs
* Oversee the performance appraisal system
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR position. You will be comfortable with a mix of both strategic and operational HR duties.
