They have already invested significant capex in a new factory, further warehousing & infrastructure. In the last 3 years they have grown immensely, delivering significant profit which has led to this self funded, seven figure investment keeping this business debt free.
The next port of call, now the infrastructure is in place, is to add to their brilliant team who boast resumes from the likes of, Unilever, Brakes, & AB World Foods. As a result of all of this great stuff, we are hiring a top notch new National Account Manager.
The Role
National Account Manager
This is an all encompassing strategic role in this dynamic and multi branded business. With responsibility for 2 grocery customers across both branded and own label products. There is plenty of scope over the coming 12-18 months to grow and develop in a business that puts its people first and invests heavily in training.
Your customer responsibility will be across, Asda & Morrisons with full responsibility for P&L, reporting, senior relationship contact ownership & JBPs. You will report to the Head of Grocery and work closely with the marketing, operations and NPD functions to recommend best in class category growth decisions for customers alongside business objectives.

About You
To be successful we need a passionate team player who exudes positivity and a can do attitude. This is a business focused on strong values and sustained growth so the focus on doing the right thing is a must. You will already have a strong background in large branded consumer business and have experienced multiple rotations on top 4 grocery customers.
Food experience is essential here. This is a business of foodies who have some of the most fantastic products in their categories sold to Tesco and Michelin starred restaurants. Category data and insight led working is key to continuing the customer success story they have here too and remember this is not a big business its more like a start up in nature, agility, speed and being able to don more than one hat is key here.
* Experience in a sales, retail buying or customer facing marketing role
* FMCG big business or large branded training background
* Grocery retail experience
* Experience of food is essential
* Positive team player
* Strong relationship skills, both internally and externally to entice people
* SME mindset - don multiple hats.
