The role of the Accounts Payable (AP) team is to ensure that all suppliers are paid correctly and on time so that we continue to provide the high standard of services to our customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Match Fleet maintenance & Asset Sales Refurb payable invoices and credit notes to PO’s
2. Obtain relevant signature for overhead/non-asset related payable invoices and credit notes and process manually in Financial Force
3. Reconcile Supplier statements to Financial Force Aged Creditors
4. Chase up missing payable invoices and credit notes from suppliers
5. Liaise with Fleet department and suppliers to resolve invoice queries
6. Credit Account Application form completions
7. Process weekly payment runs for suppliers (except asset purchases), upload payments to bank for approval and send out remittances to suppliers

* Previous Accounts Payable experience
* Processing volumes of payable invoices including against a Purchase Order System
* Methodical approach to resolving queries
