Let's build a future filled with opportunities and success together!\n\nAdditionally, if you're a young talent just starting your career path and eager to grow, we want to hear from you too.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nPerform mechanical and electrical repairs, calibrate machines, and test systems\nContinuously improve equipment and be health and safety conscious\nWork against timeframes to complete repairs\nCommunicate repair progress to on-site management and resolve their concerns\nOwn and resolve issues with current installed products\nCarry out risk assessments and maintain a safe work environmentEssential: \n\nMinimum NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or related field\nPrevious experience as Multi Skilled Electrical / Mechanical Engineer with a strong technical knowledge in relevant fields\nFamiliarity with relevant safety procedures and regulations\nAble to understand the importance and principles of an advanced Quality Management System\nExperience in maintaining and repairing Machinery and Production equipment\nExperience with industrial networks and control systems\nExcellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to work under pressure\nExperience of safely carrying out planned maintenance across a site ensuring maintenance procedures are followed\nBe an integral part of the engineering team, responding to breakdowns establishing root cause analysis to limit breakdown reoccurring, improving machine reliability and performance\nWilling to learn and adapt to role requirements\nHands on ownership of issues\nExperience of working well in a team within a fast-paced environment\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility and willingness to work at heightDesirable: \n\nPreferably Multi Skilled Electrical / Mechanical with a strong technical knowledge in relevant fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Ex forces Electrical / Engineer with\nBTEC/HNC/HND/C&G or Degree in Engineering or related field\nPrevious knowledge and understanding of the importance and relevance of a Quality Management System\nExperience of updating records of tasks/spare parts used from store and work completed, using the CMMS systemIf you have the required skills and experience, please feel free to submit your CV.\n\nHow to Apply:\n\nFor more information on the role, or an informal discussion regarding opportunities we have available, please contact Patryk on (phone number removed) or \n\nWhy work with Proactive?\n\nProactive Technical Recruitment is an industry leading, specialist engineering recruitment agency focused on the automation, manufacturing and robotics sectors.
