Technical Support Lawyer – New Homes

The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a senior conveyancing lawyer with experience in New Homes. You will be creating comprehensive contract report letters for each new development site and/or for sale ownership, as well as conveyancing search report letters for clients. You will examine all development documentation to ensure it is suitable for sales of new property and security for mortgage lenders. Advising on a wide range of general complex technical issues and overseeing file reviews for compliance and risk assessment to support fee earners across the department is also part of the role.

The Requirements
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Conveyancing
* Some experience dealing with New Build Developments
* Ability to autonomously handle a privately funded caseload
* Compassionate and confident
* Efficient, reliable, and flexible
