Job summary The Community Fundraising Manager plays a key part in delivering the ambitious Charity strategy, linking the hospital charity, NHS staff members, and the local community. This role will join a collaborative and energetic team, with line management responsibility for two Fundraising Coordinators, who raise funds from a variety of sources including events, community fundraisers and individual giving. Relationship management is key to this role, along with the ability to connect with people on a very personal level, with compassion.
