Responsibilities:
1. Implement store strategies and ensure flawless execution.
2. Manage and motivate a team of Store Managers and Support staff.
3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics to support performance.
4. Adhere to company policies and ensure their implementation.
5. Occasionally cover stores due to holidays or sickness.
6. Identify growth opportunities and achieve store targets.
Requirements:
1. Experience in B2B or retail.
2. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a regional multi-site role.
3. Customer and sales-focused.
4. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Highly motivated and target-driven.
6. Reliable, committed, and enthusiastic.
7. Willingness to travel almost daily and stay away from home at least three days a week. The region currently includes 12 stores from Northampton in the south to Edinburgh in the north.
