Our client, an established local business based in Peterborough, is currently expanding and actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join their professional team.
This is a fully office-based position working Monday to Friday.
Role Overview
In this Customer Service Administrator role, you will be the first point of contact for clients. You will provide exceptional customer service and relationship management. In this busy role, you will be involved in:
1. Reviewing notes and liaising with internal stakeholders.
2. Dealing with queries and updating client records.
3. Accurately recording information on internal systems.
4. Processing invoices and producing reports.
5. Scanning and uploading documents.
You will manage your workload and diary effectively whilst upholding industry standards.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
1. Previous experience in a Customer Service environment, ideally within insurance.
2. Exceptional written and spoken English.
3. Proficiency in MS Office.
4. An enthusiasm for maintaining a high standard of work.
5. Excellent teamwork and a willingness to learn.
