The Energy Grant team is a lead generator company who supplies customers to ECO installers. We are a young, fun and vibrant office who pride ourselves on creating a homely environment. We are currently a small team of 6 all based in Glasgow City Centre. We strive to help each and every customer to the best of our ability.
Job Description and Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team based next to Glasgow City Centre. The successful applicant must have excellent attention to detail and good computer knowledge.
1. Qualifying clients who have left inquiries through our social media and website.
2. Liaising with surveyors.
3. Booking appointments with qualifying clients with our installers.
4. Managing your own callbacks with clients.
5. Telephone-based customer service experience.
6. Demonstrates an awareness of campaign-specific products and services.
7. Works effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
8. Maximises results opportunity through building and maintaining effective B2B relationships.
Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills
Must have basic knowledge of health and safety awareness. It is desirable that skills in practical problem-solving are evidenced. The ideal candidate should have previous call centre experience and experience in an outbound sales environment. Must also have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Must be reliable, diligent, punctual, and hardworking.

Additional Requirements
The start date for this role is January. Training will be full-time for 2 weeks and will be provided in-house; you will also receive training on our internal systems.
