Core Responsibilities - Lead the partner relationship on key and strategic brand collaborations, routed in our LEGO portfolio (inbound licensing), fashion & footwear (outbound licensing), together with brand and marketing activations, with extensions into other areas which could include gaming and entertainment content. - Drive excellence in collaboration cross functionally. Expertly network both internally, and externally with partners, with the ability and confidence to engage with all levels, securing outstanding best in class relationships at every touch point across our business. - Drive partnership engagement and meeting cadence, applying strong leadership, organization and presentation skills to drive and lead key meetings across the partnerships, securing optimal outcomes. - Manage deployment of systems and processes to ensure efficiencies across the partnership, delivering on time execution and approvals through meticulous project management. - Utilize your commercial acumen to effectively leverage partnerships and maximize their contribution to the strategic agenda, ranging from enabling optimal portfolio development through to marketing execution. - Play a lead role in collaboration with product, marketing and brand leads, in setting and implementing the partnership map. - Be a creative problem solver, with the ability to jump into a broad variety of challenges, engaging collaborators and navigating complexity to find solutions driving mutual value. - Excellent negotiation skills and contract proficiency, in order to secure best-in-class terms and mutual value creation, together with overseeing the execution of contracts in partnership with a broad stakeholder network. Numerate and confident carrying complex deals through to completion. Do you have what it takes? - Extensive professional experience (ideally Retail and/or licensing) in a global role working across toys, lifestyle, sports and/ or fashion brands. - Experience navigating complexity with high level of multi-tasking. - Creative problem solver. Highly innovative and not afraid to challenge the status quo. - Proficient negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal (English proficiency). - Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration. - Analytical, highly organized, and meticulous. - Ability to travel approximately once a month.
