Working with a number of high-profile transport organisations who are passionate about developing their employees, you ’ ll provide learners with the skills they need to become professional Bus Drivers. This role is working Monday to Friday, likely from 7.30am until 3.30pm, with potential option in the future to move to 9am-5pm. Such as practical bus driver training, classroom training, CPC Training, route learning, vehicle familiarisation - Level 2 qualification in English & Mathematics (desirable, not essential) - ICT literate - Assessment qualification (TAQA Level 3/A1/D32/33) (desirable but not essential, we will put you through this qualification) - A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) (desirable but not essential, we will put you through this qualification) - Preparation of curriculums and teaching materials (desirable) What Happens Next? - The Realise Recruitment team will be in touch, regardless of the outcome. - Our interview process is tailored to each role and can be in-person or held remotely. - You can expect a two-stage interview process for this position, which will compromise of a one-hour formal interview, likely on Teams, where we will ask you a series of competency and behavioural questions, followed by a short microteach. - As an inclusive employer please do let us know if you require any reasonable adjustments.
