Grade and Salary: Grade 6: £29,397 – £32,521 actual salary per annum pro rata (£32,654 - £36,124 FTE)
Working pattern: 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year (term time plus 2 weeks)

The role:
The Office Manager role is varied and the postholder will be responsible for providing excellent service ensuring the smooth operation of the support functions within the School. The role is also to provide administrative support to the Headteacher and Leadership team. The key areas of responsibility are administration and customer service, finance and health and safety. Line management will also be a part of this role and you will be responsible for the development and support of all post holders reporting to you
The person:
The successful candidate will be highly organised, have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong administrative skills. They will be flexible and able to both lead by example and delegate effectively. The successful candidate will be a team player but also decisive when required. They will be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise and deal with competing demands, keeping a focus on delivering excellent service to staff, families and visitors alike.
