I am looking for an experienced Finance Administrator for my client based in the Keighley area due to expansion. You will be joining a small team of 3 and the role is 100% office-based, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (there can be some flexibility around these hours).
Main duties
1. Analysing data and uploading courier recharges
2. Setting up and maintaining customer files and accounts
3. Credit Control duties
4. Supplier statement reconciliations
5. Ensure tickets are resolved in a timely manner
6. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
7. Office management including placing orders for office and customers
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure financial compliance.
9. Assist with other ad hoc duties as required
About you:
1. Previous experience in finance administration (Essential)
2. Proficiency in using Excel (Essential)
3. Proficiency in using Mintsoft software and tools (Preferred)
4. Experience in using a ticket system (Preferred)
5. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills (Essential)
6. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities (Essential)
