Are you a recent graduate looking to embark on your teaching career in a secondary school setting? Our Graduate Teacher Training Programme offers a paid pathway into teaching, providing hands-on classroom experience while you work towards obtaining your PGCE.
* Year 1 - Gain practical teaching experience as a Cover Supervisor, developing effective classroom management skills.
* Year 2 - Progress to a paid teacher training role, working full-time in your subject area while studying for your PGCE.
* Earn up to £24,224 during your teacher training year, with ongoing mentorship and support.
* Gain experience in a variety of partner secondary schools across Salford and Greater Manchester.
What We're Looking For:
* A degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Maths, Science, English, Humanities, MFL, PE).
* A strong passion for education and a desire to become a qualified secondary school teacher.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in the classroom.
* Commitment to a two-year training programme leading to a full-time teaching role.
