* Fault fixing, maintenance and repair to customer properties
* Assess and carry out works needed for tenants
* Undertaking customer service issues
* Using a laptop to record repairs and organise workload
The Candidate needs:
1. Experience in a similar role or trade background, preferably with experience of Carpentry, Plumbing, Masonry/Plastering and General Maintenance.
2. An understanding of customer needs and ability to think quickly when needed
3. To behave in a courteous and professional manner
4. To be able to prioritise conflicting demands
5. Great communication skills
6. The ability to maintain accurate records of information
