We seek an exceptional Principal Consultant with strong management consulting and Digital Transformation advisory experience, particularly in customer experience strategy and improvement, and marketing technology enablement.
You will lead teams on consulting projects, developing the right approach with the right expertise, leading problem and solution definition, and developing digital customer experience transformation strategies and implementation plans, including experience design, technical, and operational implementation.
* Play an active role in strategic account development, acting in a commercial role and delivering business into accounts.
* Identify opportunities, define projects, and deliver proposals and pitches to seek new opportunities.
* Define customer experience, marketing, and technology strategies, guiding clients through solution selection and qualification.
* Use consulting methodologies to research, collect data, and produce insights and recommendations.
* Prepare materials, lead or participate in client workshops and engagements, and manage a small team to deliver client projects.
* Stimulate innovation and entrepreneurship and support commercial activities.
* Participate in PR activities, including speaking at events and contributing to thought leadership pieces.
Key skills include 5-8 years of consulting experience, strong knowledge of consulting methodologies and tools, client relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable skills include customer experience projects, commercially driven account management, and experience using Design Thinking, Lean Start-up, and Agile methodologies.
