The Role
The successful candidate will:
* Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a student with SEMH needs, adapting to their individual learning requirements.
* Assist in managing emotional and behavioural challenges, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement personalised learning strategies.
* Build strong relationships with the student, encouraging engagement and progress.
The Ideal Candidate
* Essential: Experience working with children with SEMH or additional needs, particularly those requiring one-to-one support.
* A patient, understanding, and committed approach to supporting vulnerable students.
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
* A full-time, long-term commitment to providing consistency and stability.
