Product Manager - Knutsford Salary - £60,000 - 65,000 Remote working available Brief Role Description We are seeking an experienced Product Manager for our Billing department to lead our team towards excellence in invoice processing, customer service, and operational efficiency. This pivotal role demands a blend of leadership, technical acumen, and industry knowledge, particularly in the Energy Utilities sector. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Guide and mentor a team of Data Analysts to ensure that invoicing is executed with unparalleled accuracy, efficiency, and speed. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages growth and excellence. Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring all team activities align with customer needs and company service standards. Address customer issues with empathy and effectiveness, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Problem Resolution: Act swiftly to handle escalations, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to troubleshoot problems promptly. Ensure a proactive approach to prevent future issues.
