We are a growing company in the online retail/wholesale sector and are looking for a full-time Office Administrator to join our team. This permanent role is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a rapidly growing and highly motivated team, working Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
1. Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner.

5. Able to liaise with lenders, clients, and suppliers.
6. Able to work under pressure.
7. Excellent numeracy and accounting skills.
8. Using stock management software.
9. Managing incoming purchase orders.
10. Opening, sorting, and distributing mail and delivery enquiries.
11. Processing labels for daily orders of shipping.
12. Creating, editing, and updating spreadsheets.
13. Preparing documents such as invoices, memos, and financial statements.
14. Inputting and generating invoices with accounting software.
15. Data entry and inventory management system.
16. Need to be extremely organised.
17. Able to prioritise a changing to-do list.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £12.30 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
