Who you are
* You are a proven leader with experience in driving a technical sales organisation.
* You are passionate about customers, self-motivated, result driven and work with continuous improvement.
* Your people skills are used to motivate the team to work together and build a strong team ethic. You engage and empower your team members through inspiring feedback.
* You are a team player and a great communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
About the job
* You will lead, guide, evaluate and develop the BU team to ensure business objectives are met.
* You will develop, localise and implement the capital sales strategies of BU Process Heat Exchangers and BU Energy Separation, in accordance with the overall Sales Company strategy.
* You will use market, customer and competitor analysis to set and steer the business plans.
* You will support the team to identify key business opportunities that drive profitable growth.
* You will lead the BU team from our Head Office, currently based in Camberley, Surrey.
What you know
* You have proven leadership skills.
* You have a background of using business acumen to deliver sales results.
* You have a degree in Engineering and relevant sales and business training or experience.
* You have experience from process or energy industry and/or thermal and separation product technologies.
