Rate: Inside IR 35 - £40-£50 per hour

The Role:
Due to our expanding portfolio of projects, we are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Warrington. This is a unique opportunity to drive change and foster creativity in engineering, safety, and delivery solutions at one of the most complex industrial sites in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the architectural 3D Revit model.
Attend regular model reviews and space management meetings, representing the architectural discipline and presenting your model.
Collaborate with Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CS&A) Engineers, Architects, and designers from other disciplines to coordinate the development of the model.
Produce 2D AutoCAD general arrangement (GA) and detailed drawings derived from the model throughout Preliminary and Detailed Design phases.
Work on specifications in conjunction with CS&A Engineers and Architects.
Fulfill the Designer role under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM).Requirements:
HND or degree in Architectural Technology.
Proficiency in Revit for 3D modeling and AutoCAD for 2D drafting.
Experience in layout development, architectural detailing, and specifying components such as cladding, roofing, finishes, partitions, stairs, and modular builds.
Working knowledge of CDM regulations.Why Join Us?
