What We Offer:
* A mixed NHS/Private practice with a balanced 60/40% ratio.
* 3000+ UDAs available, depending on the number of days worked. Competitive rate of £12 per UDA, based on experience.
* Working hours include Mondays and Thursdays, 9-5, with the option to work some Fridays (by arrangement).
* State-of-the-art facilities, including Adec chairs, digital radiographs, and an Invisalign scanner for restorative work.
* R4 fully computerized practice for streamlined patient care.

* A well-maintained patient list with new patient enquiries regularly, giving you the opportunity to grow your practice.

The Role: As a dedicated member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional dental care, from routine check-ups and cleanings to more complex treatments like root canals and surgical extractions.
* Educating patients on oral health and maintenance.
* Collaborating with our experienced dental team to create tailored treatment plans.
* Prescribing and managing medications as necessary.
* Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
* Overseeing the work of professional, technical, and administrative staff.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A NHS dentist with 12 years' experience (preferred), with the opportunity to increase your private patient load.
* Excellent communication skills to build rapport with patients and work closely with our team.
* Empathy and a patient-focused approach, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care.
* A positive team player who contributes to a harmonious and collaborative workplace.
* A long-term commitment to our practice, building meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues.
* Organised, friendly, and professional, with the ability to adhere to guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications:
* BDS, BChD, or LDS qualification.
* Current GDC registration to practice dentistry.
* Valid malpractice liability insurance.
* Up-to-date CPD.
