Training Workshop All staff will take part in the Classroom Academy, which is a full-day workshop before you start work to help you prepare for your new role. You will gain key skills to get ready for your new position. Because the school is one of our partners, we ensure that all staff undergo a full day of training before they start working with them to ensure that standards are met.
