ABOUT THE JOB
Strategy
* Collaborate with senior colleagues to refine and evolve the overarching DO GOOD programme strategy, ensuring continuous growth in scope, engagement, and impact.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive visual roadmap of events across Villages to drive engagement, fundraising, and awareness for charity partners.
* Support Senior DO GOOD Marketing Director with the execution of DO GOOD marketing strategy and content strategy to ensure impactful communication of DO GOOD initiatives across channels, including digital and internal communications.
Operational
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Village teams to enhance charity partnerships, managing monthly check-ins, organising call structures, and guiding the content and talking points to ensure impactful and engaging discussions.
* Act as the central liaison between Villages and the Culture team to ensure smooth execution of charity partnership initiatives and clear stakeholder responsibilities.
* Oversee volunteering opportunities by liaising with charity partners and supporting Village leads in coordinating participation.
* Support the implementation of new tools and platforms to streamline operations, enhance team efficiency, and amplify the impact of the DO GOOD programme.
* Work closely with Village teams to coordinate and collect items for the annual internal auction, managing the platform and creating an engaging experience to maximise funds raised for charity partners.
* Support conversations with additional charities to identify new opportunities for alignment with The Bicester Collection’s mission and values.
* Work with colleagues to produce collateral such as personal invitations, charity prizes etc. to provide The Bicester Collection.
Content Activation
* Support Senior DO GOOD Marketing Director to develop campaigns and materials that amplify DO GOOD’s initiatives.
* Manage internal monthly DO GOOD Live Conversations to ensure different activations are highlighted throughout the year to engage and raise awareness amongst colleagues.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to bring DO GOOD initiatives to life across all channels, ensuring the programme is consistently represented in alignment with the organisation’s values.
* Partner with Villages to highlight local and global initiatives, ensuring alignment with central messaging while tailoring content to local audiences across our channels.
* Drive the creation of compelling narratives that showcase the impact of DO GOOD initiatives across Charity partnership, Advocacy and Innovation engaging audiences across various platforms.
Analyst and Reporting
* Lead the creation of the annual DO GOOD Impact Report by gathering content, maintaining a consistent and brand-appropriate tone of voice, and ensuring data accuracy, working with internal and external stakeholders to obtain accurate data and assets.
* Partner with the Creative Team to produce a visually compelling report that reflects the brand’s identity and programme’s mission.
* Support Sustainability team with yearly report.
* Continuously collect and analyse data to measure the programme’s impact, identifying insights and opportunities for growth and presenting findings in regular updates to stakeholders.
