About the Role
* A Technical Consultant with 4-8 years of experience in the implementation of Oracle Mantas solutions.
* Reporting directly to the Client Manager, the Technical Analyst will work closely with both Technical and Functional subject matter experts from the bank side, IT support team, and other team members on the Oracle side, to successfully manage the OFSAA FCCM (BD, ECM, CRR, SANC, etc.) solutions.
About You
* MANTAS/Oracle FCCM Functional with a good understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and working knowledge of KYC/Case management.
* At least one Mantas upgrade/implementation experience.
* Experience in the setup and configuration of MANTAS/FCCM modules.
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to create and implement MANTAS/FCCM OOB scenarios, including providing functional and technical specifications required for OOB customization developments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Strong MANTAS/Oracle FCCM data migration and validation capability.
* Ability to design solutions for interfaces with MANTAS/Oracle FCCM downstream and upstream, such as case management and DQ reporting.
* Good understanding of end-to-end AML solutions, including data ingestion, BDF workflows, alert generation, and watch list solutions, and the ability to test and validate retrofit objects.
* Ability to write and execute all kinds of test AML scripts for SIT, UAT, and support validation of historical data load, alerts, comparison, batch performance, etc.
* Strong Oracle PL/SQL skills, with a good understanding of Unix, shell scripts, and scheduling tools like Autosys and Control M.
* Ability to take ownership, accountability, and provide subject matter expertise on MANTAS and Oracle FCCM modules.
* Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
* Ability to coordinate with clients and technical teams, including knowledge transition and sharing.
