Granville Academy is a part of Affinity Learning Partnership, a Multi Academy Trust based in Staffordshire and Derbyshire, consisting of 3 Secondary Academies and 4 Primary Academies.

The Candidate
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly skilled, and motivated practitioner to provide high-quality teaching and learning support within the classroom, in our designated personalised learning centre (PLC), and in our internal alternative provision “The Bridge” for children with identified SEND.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resilient, and have substantial experience to deliver key interventions to small groups of students. The successful candidate will have led and delivered bespoke and specialist interventions using a range of appropriate techniques and strategies to meet students’ individual learning needs.
The role will require you to provide guidance and support for colleagues, model best practices, lead the team in resource development, proactively communicate with key stakeholders, and demonstrate the ability to use your initiative and work independently on given tasks.
You will support the promotion of excellent standards of learning, achievement, progress, attainment, and behaviour by working effectively and collaboratively within your department and across the aforementioned areas. You will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people.
