Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Foreman to oversee daily operations and manage multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be a skilled Carpenter/Builder (time-served preferred) with a well-rounded knowledge and understanding of building works. Strong leadership skills are essential to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role is critical in fostering a productive work environment while maintaining safety and quality protocols.

Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
* Coordinate daily activities, including scheduling tasks and allocating resources effectively, while maintaining regular communication with our company owner and office staff.
* Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
* Conduct regular inspections of work sites to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
* Facilitate communication between team members and upper management to ensure alignment on project goals.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on site.
Requirements
* Experience in a Supervisory role within a relevant industry (preferred).
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail; time management is crucial.
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients on site and team members at all levels.
* Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
* A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in all operations.
* Being registered as self-employed is essential.
