About the role of Quantity Surveyor
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be site-based on either pharmaceutical or commercial projects valued at around £20m - £50m. You will be joining a successful Main Contractor with over 50 years of experience in the industry. Key Responsibilities of Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
Looking after subcontractor payments and managing the full downstream process
Support the preparation of tenders and bid
Liaising with customers and third parties on all commercial matter
Negotiating contracts and writing reports detailing costs resulting in your ability to give advice to the teamKey Requirements of Quantity Surveyor:
Live within commutable distance from Oxford
Minimum 4 years of experience at a Main Contractor working on projects valued £20m +
Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking What's on offer:
